We all need help, and WE’RE ALL CREATORS MAKING CONTENT ON THE SAME PLATFORM.

A lot of us put hard work into our channels. We built real fanbases, real communities, and had people who actually enjoyed our content and want us back.

YOUTUBE’S OWN PLATFORM OUTAGE TOOK DOWN MY CHANNEL AND THEY STILL WON’T HELP ME…

I LOST 1,000+ VIDEOS AND MY 40K CHANNEL ON MAY 13, 2026.

Every day around 5:40 AM, I would post a YouTube Short of my Roblox gameplay.

From DECEMBER 5 TO MAY 13, everything worked normally. I built that channel from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS with 1,000+ VIDEOS, 7 uploads a day, and no strikes, violations or warnings.

Then MAY 13 happened.

YouTube was having a platform outage. My normal posting time was 5:40 AM, and I kept trying to upload a Short I had made the day before because it would not go up.

13 FAILED UPLOAD ATTEMPTS.

On the final attempt, my channel suddenly vanished for CIRCUMVENTION.

My channel had worked normally for months.

1,000+ VIDEOS AND 40K SUBSCRIBERS WERE GONE IN SECONDS.

I don’t know if those failed uploads were considered spam or misread as something else, but THAT WASN’T WHAT WAS HAPPENING.

YOUTUBE WAS DOWN. I WAS TRYING TO UPLOAD MY VIDEO.

A platform failure should NOT cost someone something they put so much work into.

I HAD BAD THOUGHTS AFTER THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I DID OR WHAT HAPPENED. 1,000+ VIDEOS, 40K SUBSCRIBERS AND MONTHS OF HARD WORK WERE GONE IN SECONDS.

I KNOW A LOT OF YOU FEEL THE SAME WAY. THAT’S WHY I’M TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE WHILE ALSO TRYING TO HELP MYSELF.

BUT IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING HELP BUT ME, AND IT’S HURTING.

I appealed instantly.

DENIED 2 HOURS LATER.

Now I’ve been on here for 4 MONTHS begging for one real review of what happened surrounding May 13 and those failed uploads.

This channel was NOT A THROWAWAY CHANNEL.

It was real Roblox gameplay with 1,000+ VIDEOS, 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS, REAL FANS AND A REAL COMMUNITY.

I also have YOUTUBE SUPPORT CHATS that I can provide where they told me this channel was fine.

PLEASE GIVE ME A HUMAN REVIEW.

Review what happened on MAY 13.

Review the FAILED UPLOADS.

Review the CHANNEL HISTORY.

Review the SUPPORT CHATS.

At this point, I seriously think companies are just targeting anime and has something against it.

Animation channels are being falsely demonetized for 'misleading family content.'

Reaction channels reviewing or reacting to anime are getting hit with mass copyright strikes from Remove Your Media 60, 80, even 100 strikes at once. No human review. No warning.

Yandere Simulator type of channels were terminated for 'Violent Criminal Organizations' because they played a game. Over 100 channels, including mine, caught in the same AI ban wave.

My channel, WWE Jay Gaming, was terminated after 8 years and 1,300 videos. I appealed. An AI rejected it in seconds. No human ever saw my content.

The common thread? NO HUMAN REVIEW.

AI is making all the decisions. Appeals are auto-rejected. Creators are left with nothing.

If you've been affected, speak up. We need YouTube to actually Do Something!! Help us!! Every single one of us put our heart and passion on our YouTube Channels!!!

YouTube's AI is terminating creators across EVERY community and no human is reviewing any of it.

ASMR creators are being deleted for 'sexual content' when their content is just ASMR just simple relaxing sounds and thats it.
Animation creators are being demonetized for 'misleading family content' when their content is just art hours of god dam complex Scripting and creating Motions Second by second.
Gaming creators like me are being terminated for 'Violent Criminal Organizations' and Scam when our content is just gameplay.

Meanwhile, YouTube's AI search is literally surfacing porn. Theres Clearly AI Channels thats breaking Guidelines on the Platform and easily gets away with it but yet the hard working Channels that just want to enjoy making videos for the love of it always the ones who gets punished!!

The common thread? NO HUMAN REVIEW.

YouTube restored 60+ channels in the same ban wave they knew they were wrong. They just stopped before they got to me.

YouTube creators can lose years of work in an instant.

Permanent termination should be a last resort not the first response.

Here’s what must change:

1️⃣ Right to Clear Warnings
No permanent termination without clear, specific warnings whenever appropriate.

2️⃣ Right to Fix Mistakes
Give creators a reasonable opportunity to correct policy violations before permanently deleting years of work.

3️⃣ Meaningful Human Review
Every creator deserves a genuine human review before a permanent termination whenever possible.

4️⃣ Fair Enforcement Principles:
→ Assume Good Faith: Treat honest creators as honest until proven otherwise.
→ Context Matters: Consider a creator’s overall history, not just a short period or isolated issue.
→ Consistency for All: Similar cases should receive similar treatment.
→ Proportional Enforcement: Permanent termination should match the severity of the violation.

Until YouTube adopts these principles, every creator is one enforcement decision away from losing everything they’ve built.

My YouTube channel was taken down by a false positive automated flag. I upload videos of gameplay from Yandere Simulator, but I received a warning for violating the violent criminal organizations policy. 2 weeks later, my channel was removed despite only receiving one warning. My channel does not incite violence or glorify criminal organizations, and I am willing to take down or adjust any gameplay videos that get flagged as such. Please let me know what I can do to better comply with YouTube's policy and restore my channel.
