@CamGuthrie Cam, how much money do you make off telling people where to get vaccinated? Please could i know where to collect my dollar bills? Also, my phone doesn’t have 5G yet. Disappointed with the vaccine performance, the city and my neighbour’s cat.
@VaxHuntersCan My previous tweet was a mess. I do not live in the GTA. Am i allowed to receive a vaccine at the GTA locations? The https://t.co/9beznBwmpq website doen't say I can't. My health unit isn't using the provincial system.
Half my tweet disappeared. I was asking about the https://t.co/9beznBwmpq website. It shows availability around the GTA but does access depend on where you live?
Can I book appointments elsewhere? The site does ask for postal code but doesn't say i can't reserve live in the GTA and my health unit isn't using the provincial booking system.
Can I book appointments elsehwere? The site does ask for postal code but doesn't say i can't reserve
Wife was vaccinated today. Side effects include subliminal messages that Bill Gates seeks to label me a chut. Aside from Bill's subjective opinions, I can also report that 5G reception is poor.
Thoroughly disappointed in the vaccine and it seems to not work as advertised.
I cobbled together a rasbperry pi camera, lens and a raspberry pi board to capture an image of star trails. This proves that either the stars move in circles or that the earth rotates. Will submit more evidence as i gather it. (Hint: sarcasm)
Unfortunately, the hindutva brigade have mass reported their accounts for "reasons" and they are no longer on twitter as far as I know. Still, quite easy to find contact info.
@amitvarma Perhaps something you've already considered but an idea for a future episode - the hypocricy and double-standards of the NRI. There was a great India Explained episode about this by Rohit Chopra and Bunty. Might make great guests.
@CamGuthrie A workable solution might be to narrow the road, expand the footpath and install covered seating on the expanded area. This way, you get some of the benefits of outdoor seating but can continue to use it in the winter, run food-truck style events etc.
@CamGuthrie Cam, I’ve mentioned this before but comparisons to old-world cities aren’t the best. Older cities grew around pedestrian traffic, had narrow streets etc. North American city grids were designed around cars. I agree with This idea but this design isn’t suited to us.
@CamGuthrie Cam, one aspect of this that is overlooked is that North American streets are very wide, often ten meters or more. This is designed for cars, not humans. The charm of old world streets is that they are narrow and it’s easy to look across in a window on the opposite side.
@vinay_sitapati Hi Vinay. Would you be interested in an AMA (ask me anything) on @redditindia ? We've had some great AMAs in the past and I'm certain several users there listened to your podcast episode on The Seen and Unseen.
Please do consider!
@newspaperwallah Rahul, this is India as it is and always was. That day you’re hoping for won’t come and i can guarantee you that the next generation won’t live to see it either.
