Hace 3 meses el TSJ designó a Delcy Rodríguez como presidenta encargada de Venezuela tras la captura de Maduro por Estados Unidos, calificando la situación como “ausencia forzosa”.

Un término que no existe en la Constitución y usado para evitar sus mecanismos.

El Art. 234 establece que el Vicepresidente Ejecutivo puede asumir hasta 90 días ante una falta temporal, prorrogables por otros 90, con un plazo máximo de 180 días.

Ya se cumplió el primero.

A los 90 días, la @Asamblea_Ven puede declarar falta absoluta. A los 180, tiene la obligación. Eso obliga a convocar elecciones en 30 días.

No pronunciarse es una decisión política, no una omisión neutral.

Venezuela tiene derecho a decidir. La falta absoluta no es un tecnicismo, sino el mecanismo que devuelve la palabra al pueblo.

Tenemos derecho a elecciones democráticas, el reloj constitucional corre.
