@gregfoot How about an episode about protein supplements and snacks? We all know protein in the diet is important, esp. for athletes, but is extra protein necessary if you’re not training for anything epic? And is there a cheaper alternative?

@lyricmoviemusic I think you announced the wrong version of Karl Jenkins Angus Dei just now - I might be wrong but I think that was the Polyphony version not National Youth Choir. I sang on the NYC one & it was the choir & orchestra version not the a-capella choral one.
