@SP_EnergyPeople My elderly mother in her eighties has tried for years to get her pre paid gas / electric meters changed to no avail.
It’s ridiculous that she has top up and go out in all weathers when this could be changed !

@ScottishPower My mother whom is an elderly lady in her eighties has tried for the last few years to change her gas and electric meters from pre paid to credit meters to no avail.
She is in her 80’s & can’t be going back and forth to top the meters up. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia It’s a shame and I’m still non the wiser if it’s cancelled fully. You guys keep putting the phone down, I’ve been calm I’ve not shouted at anyone but it’s like the blind leading the blind.

@virginmedia Try and get through on WhatsApp it’s just AI all the time and if you speak to anyone people just put the phone down on you .If I treated my customers that way I’d be out of business .

@virginmedia Let down isn’t the word it’s appalling service, like really bad ! Twice you’ve been out to install broadband tv etc, and have stated works need to be done outside .The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing too much to mention .
