I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring together the Noblesville Common Council and Noblesville Schools School Board for meaningful conversation, sharing updates, and strengthening collaboration in #Noblesville.
Spent a few days in Washington DC this week for the annual @usmayors conference. A few observations:
1. Their ability to clear snow is on par with their ability to govern.
2. I always appreciate our members of congress who take time sit and listen to what is going on in our communities.
3. Our delegation is not only represented by hardworking members, but great, knowledgeable staff as well.
4. I enjoyed a new friend of mine, Senator @KatieBrittforAL letting me to pop in and spend time with her, with only a brief mention of the @rosebowlgame.
5. Listening to @TheTraeYoung talk about his passion for mental health and the investment he is making in his hometown of @cityofokc was inspiring.

In @NoblesvilleIN, we care deeply and work responsibly on historical preservation, but we face a major roadblock: government regulation. One way to save taxpayer dollars is to get state and federal government regulations out of the way.
Read my op-ed via @indystar on government regulations blocking local progress in communities like #Noblesville.

After a unanimous vote of approval, the Noblesville City Council officially rezoned 1,100 acres of land to make way for a mixed-use, master-planned community called Gatewood Lakes. https://t.co/H5Rlvu1tPu
Every step of this project has been exciting for the City of Noblesville and Innovation Mile. The Arena at Innovation Mile (@AIMNoblesville) will serve as a hub for sports, entertainment, and community events. Its branding pays tribute to our city, recognizes our partnership with @PacersSportsEnt, and establishes a strong identity for The Arena. #Noblesville

I'm looking forward to the opportunity to represent my hometown of @NoblesvilleIN on a broader scale through @usmayors as an Advisory Board member. This group provides an opportunity for mayors to come together to share ideas and best practices and adopt a policy agenda to better our communities and our nation. #MayorsDC2025
We've had an exciting and busy year at the City of #Noblesville and it's important to reflect back on the accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities in 2024. I'm honored and humbled each day to serve as Mayor of my hometown, including serving alongside over 500 city employees each day who show up to serve our community and leave it better than they found it. As a community, we have a lot to look forward to in 2025, and I believe Noblesville's best days are ahead. Wishing you a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year!

My statement after threats were made to #Noblesville city officials:
Threats, including threats of violence, have been received by elected officials about the proposed Morse Village Project that the Noblesville Common Council is considering. We take those threats seriously, and the Noblesville Police Department is actively responding to address them as appropriate.
It is concerning and disappointing that some individuals who have strong opinions on this matter have lowered themselves to the level of threatening physical violence. We respect opinions and perspectives on all sides of public issues, and I have consistently said and demonstrated through my actions that constructive voices will always have a seat at the table for input and adjustments. The citizens’ voice in all public policy matters is paramount.
However, no public official or public employee should ever have to live under the threat of retaliation for doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. I commend the many residents who have conducted themselves honorably and respectfully on this matter and call on everyone to engage with civility and mutual respect.
On #VeteransDay, join us in expressing gratitude to our nation’s veterans, including those serving our community. Thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and service. 🇺🇸
