My dislike is based on the Tacoma being a four runner with an exposed cargo area.
Solid concept on its own, and would do well globally, it’s just crappy as Toyotas flagship truck for American customers

It will be phrased in a way where you'd assume it's about house flippers or developers, yet it’s actually about how it’s almost impossible for the next owner in getting a mortgage

DIY permits are no biggie, but creating a legitimate contracting company just ur own home is absurd. Access to tools is a headache 2
