@LeighWolf It’s arguably more common in Europe, and especially England.
Over there the typical tank, or military vehicle collector is a farmer with some spare money.
Here in America it tends to be tank collectors buying farm land to play with, and collect toys.
@Empty_America Land banking but 21st century style, can easily cover the property taxes, and eventually the cost of solar installation. It’s just not practical, or profitable by it self.
Well the solar part at least, the increase of property value is guaranteed.
@RobbLoxOG@modearndad@drsuffy 5,4 is extremely short for American men, maybe if you area visting Japan town or some Guatemalan neighborhood.
Seriously, how in the fuck do you live in Japan and think the Tacoma is for truck stuff?
You see twenty np200 a day doing truck stuff, no?
@RobbLoxOG@modearndad@drsuffy Wrong guy, and besides the 5,4 part that’s accurate for most truck owners.
My dislike is based on the Tacoma being a four runner with an exposed cargo area.
Solid concept on its own, and would do well globally, it’s just crappy as Toyotas flagship truck for American customers
@modearndad@drsuffy It sucks for truck stuff, and is undesirable in countries with free auto trade.
For America, a 2010 long bed crew can dodge 2500 with the Cummins gets better mileage then ur Tacoma
@softlystarvingg @GNF1527 You think smoking weed while pregnant is a good way to increase ur appetite. We have safe medications, and liquid diets for that.
Ya, but sadly it is very common, not enough doctors who are aware, knowledgeable, and caring when it comes to medications they didn’t prescribe
@WarFlash_2630 This is the Asian equivalent of Germany making boots for other European countries. Type 67 liberation shoes (boot models are just high tops lol). Still in production, and super cheap.
@JLBnEspi@EricRichards22 It’s for both, it outlines when you need someone who’s licensed and when you don’t.
Almost every single example you’ve given is one you’d need a licensed professional in the state of Minnesota.
Also my bad replying to all the wrong messages, the original guy blocked me.
@JLBnEspi@EricRichards22 If they don’t have the skills, or connections how can you blame them?
No one I know could of done it soley by themselves, hell all of them were technically subcontractors on their own home
@WarFlash_2630 That executive sprinter is sweeet.
It’s kinda funny seeing how different countries utilizes sprinter vans, but It’s obvious everyone can find a reason to love them!
@blurker94@softlystarvingg @GNF1527 Anyone who liked this needs to be involuntarily committed for being dangerous to others.
Weed is not a treat to the baby, the fuck happened the midnight ice cream runs and other crazy ass food missions
@JLBnEspi@EricRichards22 Where are you getting that info? Unless northern Minnesota separated like Northern Ireland, almost everything you’ve said is wrong.
Although, it’s really cool of them to let engineers preform their own surveys.
Needing a roofers loicence is nuts. https://t.co/keapzQvunR
@JLBnEspi@EricRichards22 I'm a bit busy right now, but look at the link I sent you and how they worded homeowner repairs.
It will be phrased in a way where you'd assume it's about house flippers or developers, yet it’s actually about how it’s almost impossible for the next owner in getting a mortgage
@JLBnEspi@EricRichards22 U live in America? Where are you at that it’s so relaxed? Pretty much throughout America having a licensed and insured contractor is mandatory.
DIY permits are no biggie, but creating a legitimate contracting company just ur own home is absurd. Access to tools is a headache 2
