@WG_RumblePants 3/3 forgot those magical annual trip in a mini bus from the village for a days test cricket( which we now cannot afford) or more to the truth choose not to spend the stupid money it costs.
@WG_RumblePants 2/2 listening while in the garden day after day year after year to tms on the radio , those summer days in retirement with two dear friends watching worcester, cricket aint all bad
@WG_RumblePants In crickets darker days i remember all the fantastic memories the sport has given me, representing my school, captaining my village, going to bombay in 93 watching sachin t and kambli after cheering worcester man hick score a ton., cheering boyhood hero boycotts every run 1/2
@HACKETTREF@Theleaguemag Keith, did you enjoy the match or were you aware of the occasion and was to wary of making an error of judgement on what was almost certainly going to br your biggest ever football match to referee to enjoy the occasion during play. Or can you block that.
@IanDarke Guy on talk sport summed it up perfectly an obvious orange card, some will say yellow , some red. A very poor tackle but in mitigation appeared to half slip.
@MikeParcej@Dawnesme@Fairyhouse In the early 1990s i was at killarney races , when the toiseach was in attendance on a day off.
Not surprised we only went to killarney for a days racing and b and b.. The town was so good we stayed all week..
@FA@FAspokesperson 2/2 it has come to the point of village football hardly existing as to run a team is a mindboggling mix of expenses and rules and qualifications.very few step forward when people retire , maybe this is what the fa want.
@FA@FAspokesperson Please can we go back to the fa being a service not a buisness.
The fa is magnificent for prof football, ladies and non adult. However to me it appears adult grassroots footi is being dismantled by costs and online expectations by the fa and leagues.

@FBAwayDays Swindon 0 bury 2 august 1974..
My memories are vague but a young andy rowlands( future swindon star name played) as a teenager and a chap called billy rudd for bury think he scored their goals
@WazzaBarlow your lad had a good game today..
Difficult in the wind and swindon is a hard place to referee at the moment they are higher in the league than perhaps they should be and the crowd expect results.
His fitness showed better than most.
Decision making was good.
