You may think you have all the time. But you don’t.
- Schedule your activities
- Timebox your tasks
- Set a reminder
- Use a timer
“If you say you’re gonna do it in a year and you don’t take it seriously, then it’ll take three years. The game of crazy scheduling is in the category of games that you play on yourself in order to get yourself to move.” — Tracy Kidder, The Soul of A New Machine
Most days I close from the workshop around 4am, sometimes 5am to resume 9am at daylight
I have 3 employees, they have their jobs cut out too, but there's this particular system in our production pipeline only I have the ability to build up for now🤦🏻♂️
I am also the chief product designer
When I tell people every second of my time is critical they think I am forming 'big man'
We are gearing up for the new product unveiling, I assure you, it beats anything else of it's class in the world
And we created this in Ebonyi, Nigeria 🇳🇬, we have also made our older products better by developing some of our own component systems.
I will keep dropping teasers, y'all pray for us cos it's really something that will shake alot of foundations

Good evening my people ✅
In a few days to a few weeks from now, we will finally be unveiling one of the most important engineering projects we have silently been working on to the public
I want to plead with all stakeholders, friends, well wishers & 'Opps';
This project is for the good & glory of our citizens, country🇳🇬 & continent🌍
We do not want politics, we do not want bigotry & tribalism, we do not want conspiracy theories & it's accompanying brouhaha
We have been developing this project silently for about 5 years now, we believe it is time to share the results of this journey
This project is for all Nigerians, Africans & anyone else in the world who wishes to use our indigenous technology✅
No other product of the same class on earth can do what our systems can do or has its features✅
On a personal note, Maybe with this, many will finally understand who I really am & how I operate, perhaps many who thought/think I am wasting my time will finally understand, those who think I am a content creator or doing stuff for show may have a rethink
Everything I do in this context, is for the good & glory of our citizens, our nation Nigeria 🇳🇬, the continent of Africa & everyone else around the world that wishes so

These guys has made sure that eating "Healthy" is a death wish....
I remember Pastor Chris would teach us to keep away from these poisonous fruits especially the GMOs... Pastor Chris said they're preserving the apple at the cost of preserving your life, the fruits you're taking was designed to last longer than you.
Look at the excitement on the faces of our children this morning in Enugu as their first experiment worked.
A smart home: the light goes off automatically when no one is there to conserve energy.
This is the beauty of practical-based education. Not a single child has missed a class, and they come every morning with the same enthusiasm.
We are building the greatest workforce in Africa within 10 years.
When I watched the Ecuador coach celebrate so passionately after his team's victory over Germany yesterday, I was reminded of a profound truth often associated with Napoleon Hill:
"The most powerful mastermind alliance a man will ever form is in his marriage. A woman, rightly chosen, aligned in vision, and honored in spirit, can make a man unbreakable. But a woman wrongly chosen or unaligned in purpose will drain him of vision, strip him of confidence, and sentence him to spiritual poverty.
Many men fall not because of failure in business, but because of conflict in the home. They rise with vision only to have it mocked. They speak with clarity only to have it questioned. They act with courage only to be met with resistance. This is not partnership. This is war. And a man at war with his household cannot build peace outside of it.
But when a woman supports a man's purpose, when she believes in his destiny, when she reflects his greatness before the world sees it, that woman becomes the mastermind in motion. Her energy fuels him. Her intuition sharpens him. Her peace steadies him. Her presence becomes a sanctuary. And the man with that kind of partner is dangerous to every limitation.
You must choose this alliance with wisdom. And if you are already in one, you must train it, not ignore it. Share your aim. Speak your plan. Invite her insight. Draw strength from her spirit. This is not weakness. This is wisdom. This is law."
Many graduates leave school believing they are qualified because they passed examinations, while employers reject them because they cannot perform in real-world environments.
Employers complain daily about graduates who cannot think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively or demonstrate basic discipline.
Schools are factories where the workforce is manufactured.
Industry is where that workforce is consumed.
Perhaps the biggest problem in education is that the factories rarely hear directly from the people consuming their products.
Yet I've never seen a major forum where CEOs, HR leaders, university Vice Chancellors, secondary school principals and Ministries of Education sit together to discuss one uncomfortable question:
"What exactly is wrong with the graduates we are producing?"
Imagine a conference where industry leaders openly present the frustrations they face in recruitment and educators are forced to listen.
In manufacturing, if a factory keeps producing defective products, customers complain and the factory adjusts its process.
But in education, the "customers" (industry) complain continuously while the "factories" (schools and universities) rarely receive structured feedback from those consuming their output.
This is one reason skill gaps persist year after year.
In fact, Nigeria and much of Africa may need an annual Education-Industry Alignment Summit, where employers openly grade the quality of graduates and schools respond with concrete reforms.
HR professionals and CEOs should be able to tell schools the skills they wish could be taught to support modern changing workplace.
This could become one of the most important education initiatives on the continent.

Children in privileged private schools have enjoyed this for years.
It’s open to any child from any school regardless of your family background.
It closes in 9 days.
This is not even about a grandma’s love for her grandkids. In African culture, when you are chasing a child and he or she runs to an elderly person for refuge, it is automatically assumed that the child is safe and you should respect the elderly person. The grandma, being an elder at that point, will ask what the child did. She will either caution the child there or hand the child back to you for punishment, depending on the offence. But in order to maintain that elderly status and respect, she will most likely plead on behalf of the child and ask for pardon.
The lady was very disrespectful to even attempt to flog the child after he had already run to the grandma. At that point, she should have just turned back, and if she still needed to discipline the child, it should have been done later and without the knowledge of the grandma, who would likely find it even more disrespectful that after granting pardon, the punishment was still carried out.
We all witnessed this growing up. I know our culture is gradually being eroded, but we can’t allow it to disappear. Despite how some elders have turned out in present times, we still have to accord morally upright ones the respect they deserve. We will all be elders someday too.
THIS IS THE LOCATION, WHERE WE STARTED WORK ON 3 HECTARES OF GINGER , 3 HECTARES OF TURMERIC AND 27 HECTARES OF HYV MORINGA OLIFERA PROJECTS IN OHAJI, IMO STATE
This is total wickedness and deliberate provocation.....
Please can someone explain to me, for the love of God and humanity, why and what is so difficult in the Imo State Governor or any Governor or even the FGN in placing a total ban and enforcing the ban on this kind of provocative open grazing of cows/goats open grazing other people"s land and properties ???
Even the workers are too scared to approach or confront them to move away ...
You see why we need urgently the total Restructuring of Nigeria and establishment of fully trained and well armed farm rangers in EACH OF THE 8,809 Ward in Nigeria
Is this how to attract and support investments and diversification of the real sectors of Nigeria?
This madness must stop
Every terrorist was once a child.
The difference between a future engineer and a future extremist is often opportunity, education, and hope.
If Nigeria is serious about security, education should be treated as national defense.
Instead of investing only in weapons, invest in educating children.
