American investors want the ability to fund early stage startups without accreditation. Our working and middle class are denied the opportunity to invest until these companies go public much later.
And more and more companies are opting to stay private forever to avoid the compliance headaches associated with being a public company.
What can do we do to fix this?
Maybe expand existing crowd funding rules?
Maybe have some sort of baby IPO process for companies with a market cap less than X where they can go public in a way that’s more small business friendly (less burdensome while still protecting investors)
I want the opportunity to be able to invest in startups like xAI. wouldn’t that be cool?
You can send any address directly to your Tesla via the share menu on your phone
It then calculates the route, includes charging stops (if needed) & preheats the battery if headed to a charger to enable faster charging speeds
No planning on your part required
@TSLAshareholder DM anytime - More than happy to help!
I’ve converted to sourdough bread. I first had it in SF and hates it but then tried a few more and I like both variants from Aldi.
Glad you’re seeing results from your financials at least!
