This is very cool. The website for Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey lets you watch the trailer in different film formats so you can compare the aspect ratios while you're watching. The website lets you switch versions as the trailer is playing. #TheOdyssey

I'd forgotten that my introduction to Mogwai was the Les Revenants soundtrack. I think it was a few years after that when I started to listen to more of the band's music.
I added a black and white filter to a couple of the photos I took last. Instant atmosphere! might like these even more. #photography#Edinburgh#Pixel9Pro
Some snaps I took on my way home last night. Something light related always seems to catch my eye around Calton Road and Leith Street. A little rain would have been good for wet reflections but you work with what you've got! #Photography#Pixel9Pro#Edinburgh
I liked John Blanche's Amazonia Gothique (aka Kinky Chaosette) White Dwarf cover so much that I did my own interpretation of it as an etching for a printing class at school. I think I still have the plate somewhere. RIP John Blanche. #JohnBlanche

I haven't seen much social media around the Leith Food Festival taking place on Leith Links this weekend. I went this afternoon, enjoyed it. Highlight was @CaterbyBarryB hosting the Foodie Theatre, the demo I saw was from Sharif Gergis at Mirin.
@AndrewJLowry@dieworkwear It varies, sometimes. I often compliment people on their hats and always appreciate it when I get positive feedback myself. I tend to get more more reactions when I wear my blue bowler hat because it's so unusual.
@AndrewJLowry If I had to hazard a guess I'd say it's a cheap and easy way to distinguish vote counters from others who may be involved in the election in another way. Notice the people wearing red aren't sitting counting votes.
I've been trying to find this song for YEARS and finally tracked it down tonight! I remember @aanightingale playing it on the request show back in the day and while I've never forgotten the title I didn't know that that Bad Memory was by Peter King. https://t.co/JxXFdBp2qy
This is the glass of whisky I confidently poured myself when I got back from the pub on Friday evening (technically early Saturday morning) before I fell asleep. Finishing it now. Sláinte! 🥃
More big engineering to enjoy on my run through Newhaven today, this time courtesy of Les Alizés heavy-lift crane and wind turbine installation vessel. A whole crane family on this beast!
I love how the Guardian are playing it straight here. As if Farage being 'hacked' is something that really happened and needs to be investigated to the fullest extent, instead of just another Farage fantasy cooked up to distract from his obvious chicanery. https://t.co/uVZHpGdL7K
@MelindaHoward4 It's pretty impressive to see so close. From almost everywhere in Leith you can see these big yellow structures towering over the docks.
