Ironically it's much easier to network with people 10 steps ahead of you. Because they tend to be higher consciousness, unselfish and understand that a key component of this game is who you know.
Outwitting The Devil (Banned Book From Napoleon Hill) says that there are 3 main ways that people drift...
Drifting: To unconsciously veer away from their set goal or purpose (ie. intention).
1. Nicotine
2. Sex
3. Food
Honorable mentions: Egoic pride in men, vanity in women.
IMO you graduate from your spiritual arc when you get back to work (and enjoy simple things again).
For me "Levels Of Energy" by @RealityCreation was a good bridge for this.
It's all levels of energy. Golf is more "spiritual" (and uplifting) than tarot or psyhics.
Sometimes I see a more “normie” side of the internet:
- Insta Reels
- FYP Twitter
- The News
- Internet Ads
- Reddit
And I just feel this visceral attack on my consciousness.
My typical experience with technology is like a stream of crystal-clear water (via literal YEARS of cleaning it up)
Whereas when I open up the normal side of the internet - it’s like this toxic sludge pouring in.
Fear, shame/guilt programming, anger, frustration, panic, comparison, pride, apathy, sadness, despair, boredom.
I’m very sensitive to this.
And it’s something I’d recommend. My life really started to shift when I deleted Instagram and cut off the news (ie. Step 1)
This is something I’ve refining for years.
I do not allow anything dark/negative into my life. Especially with short-form
A movie (or TV show) that’s a bit dark is a different story.
The problem with short-form exposure is that you can see more darkness in 4 hours - than you might see in your entire LIFE (with your own eyes).
Seeing 1000 short-form <30 second pieces of information. That’s enough to overload your brain. But when they’re negative, shocking, and trigger fear/shame. That’s much more damage.
This is diabolical self-afflicting programming you’re putting yourself through.
One of the major things I credit to my high energy levels and relative success is that I surround myself with a supportive environment.
Winners. Uplifting media. A clean digital environment.
The worst points in my life coincided with the most exposure to short-form media (especially or the negative variety).
I encourage you to make your own conclusions.
Easy way to make all your marketing/sales for freelancing, info products, etc etc, sales POP out is to just LIVE and maximize your energy
99% of people in 2026 are starving for energy due to dopamine over-stimulation + dire baseline holistic health + complete nervous system discombobulation.
Nail those + get like 20k steps a day and you’ll run over everyone because you have the one thing that makes people listen - which is 11/10 energy levels.
High energy = being completely detached. Which is inherently magnetic.
High energy = effective.
High energy = you GIVE others what they need just via proximity to you

All billionaires are the same:
- They see $$ as a game. By understanding the underlying $$ mechanics 🎲
- They have rediculous levels of confidence (don’t give a 🦆)
- They have unlimited energy ⚡️
You can learn all of these.
If you work for yourself the meta strategy is to take Sunday/Wednesday off.
2 days work.
Wednesday off (with no crowds).
3 days work.
Go out Saturday, deep rest Sunday.
I left my job because I saw my bargaining power evaporating.
Automation had already laid off people in my company (in 2 separate waves). And would continue to do so.
Why?
80% of my work was administrative work. Which could be replaced by automation.
With simple math...
In 5 years - 1 person will be able to do the work of 5.
And those displaced people? They start competing for the remaining jobs.
That means 5x more people competing for 1/5 of the jobs. Or a 25x reduction in relative bargaining power for salaries and benefits.
Not good!
The good news is that as technology advances. There will be more opportunities for individuals to create value.
As we solve our "material" needs (ex. insurance, banking, telecom, commerce, finances).
We'll have more time for "human" needs: community, love, creation, health, etc.
- Fitness Coaches
- Spiritual Guides
- Community Events
- Guided Travel Experiences
- Experts In Creative Pursuits
As a few examples.
And it will not be Amazon or Apple that fulfill those needs.
Instead, it will be real people either providing 1:1 guidance (info) or creating unique experiences.
We're moving from value-creation focused on the material world (ie. 9-5 jobs)...
To value-creation focused on the human world. From independent value-creators.
This is where I saw the world heading - and why I quit my job in Sept 24'.
“It’s not optimal but it’s effective”
The secret is nothing ever goes to plan. The things that work don’t make sense.
All you have is
Action
Feedback
Iteration
Forever
The best thing that ever happened to me was completely CRINGE lol.
Over 2 years ago I was building a Twitter list of "mentors". I added like 15 people I looked up into in the space at the time.
One of which was @LeighStJohn33
What I didn't realize was that the list was public.
Leigh messaged me a few hours later "Hey M8 I don't know if you knew this... But this is public"
Whoops.
Anyway that very night I was weighing up investing like $4,000 into some bs crypto trading scheme.
Leigh came in at the right time. I admitted I probably had some levelling up to do in my mindset/inner-world.
I invested in the program.
It worked. And planted the seed for a few years of intense growth - quitting my job, going all-in on marketing, moving across the world to Thailand, going to men's retreats, later working and connecting with many other people once on my "mentors" list.
Idk what the lesson is.
But a reasonable approximation is that the more you INVEST in mentors. The more your list of mentors will become moreso a list of friends.
Namaste
You want to be CHRONICALLY online for like 3-4 hours in the AM. Infusing energy into DMs, content, comments and communities.
Then disappear.
Rest into stillness. Hop on some authentic chill calls. Read a book. Go for a walk. Workout. Meditate. Enjoy life.
Adios 👋
Signing your first $2,000 client is the whole battle.
7 dominoes have to fall for someone to pay you real CASH. Which is so different to salaried jobs.
It's basically the "final boss fight" when you're at level 1.
Unfair. But once you're through everything is easy.
About a week ago I worked with the legendary @MettaMatta on his offer positioning.
We clarified who it's for. And the primary problem it solves. Identifying Matt's Soul-Positioning.
Matt took it and ran. Signed a 6-week client just a few days later.
It's all positioning.
The only remaining utility for college is social relationships.
Clear thinking? Gone to AI.
Job security? Maybe 10 years left.
Exceptions include the professions (ex. Law, Accounting, Medicine).
If I was 18 I’d go travel for a year. Then find ways to create value myself.
