@CityofRegina This bush at the corner of Albert St and 2nd Ave N on the SE corner needs to be cut down. It is unsafe as it’s hard to see oncoming traffic when turning south and it is hard to see pedestrians when traveling north on Albert St. It also impedes a fire hydrant.
Walked and walked and walked and waved and waved and waved. Amazing support from the public! 😊Standing up for classroom conditions and students rights to quality education! @elementaryolsen@SaskTeachersFed#wearestf
A great thread from Instagram about why teachers are walking out again on Monday, and why it is so important for teachers and folks who care about the quality of education in this province to stand up to the Sask Party. It’s too important to back down.
Let’s do a little calculation. The teachers are asking for 2% per year plus inflation over 4 years. The government says that equals 23.5%. Means they think inflation will be 15.5%. If that’s accurate their offer of 7% doesn’t even come 1/2 way to meeting their own inflation proj.
So grateful for the leadership these kiddos show during buddy time. And for sharing the air conditioning so we could have a little relief from the heat ❤️

Today we finished our Advent wreath project just in time for the start of Advent. The candles have Velcro so that students can use them with their families for years to come. Also prayers sent home for each Sunday to “light” a candle as a family and pray. @DeshayeCatholic
