I used to work for the government and police.
Now I work for people and decentralization.

Originally blockchain was created for finance - steady, transactional. AI doesn't just transact. It learns, it grows, it demands real-time power!
Metis dual-chain system is being built from the ground up for this reality:
🌿 Metis Hyperion for high-throughput AI computations.
🌿 Metis Andromeda for bulletproof Web3 transactions.
Introducing Metis Hyperion (HYPE)
Hyperion was just unveiled at today’s ETHDenver. HYPE is a next-generation, AI-ready Layer 2 blockchain that will offer high throughput and low latency designed for large-scale adoption.
This evolution of the Metis ecosystem is being built to push the boundaries of scalability, AI integration, and decentralization.
🔹 Scalable & Cost-Effective – Optimized for real-world applications
🔹 AI & Web3 Integration – Unlocking new opportunities for builders
🔹 Decentralized & Secure – Upholding Ethereum’s values with enhanced efficiency

The next era of Web3 starts now. Learn the details:

The next level of AI agents isn't one powerful agent.
It's coordinated teams of specialized agents — working together.
Which means: a single agent's execution layer no longer cuts it. When agents need to pay each other, verify identity, and settle value in real time, you need infrastructure that handles it.
That's the layer Metis is built for.
Build in public, ship in Week 1.
91 teams applied. 12 slots. No room for coasting.
If you're building an AI agent this summer, the question isn't "is it ready?" — it's "does it have infrastructure to run?"
Payments (x402). Identity (ERC-8004). Settlement (decentralized sequencer).
The teams that ship Week 1 are the ones who realize the stack matters as much as the idea.
What's your agent's current status? Drop it below — we're watching. 👇
Every great builder starts somewhere.
In this message, @ElenaCryptoChic shares why we're building this Bootcamp and what it takes to turn ideas into real AI applications.
Ready to build, learn, and launch with the Metis ecosystem?
Watch the video, and let's get started. 💙
AI agents on Metis just got an upgrade.
@ClawUpAI now supports the latest OpenClaw and Hermes runtimes, brings GPT-5.5 to builders using their ChatGPT/Codex account, and makes free trials fairer for everyone getting started. 🧵
Metis now sits on the same agent payment rail as @ethereum , @base , @Optimism , @arbitrum , @BNBCHAIN and @berachain .
That means AI agents can now spend Metis stablecoins across multiple chains - and reach into real-world commerce flows via @GOATNetwork .
Here are the key skills you'll need to master during the first week of Agent Builder Challenge (Stage 1).
-Create & launch an AI agent
-Connect to the Telegram Hub
-Configure skills with AgentKit
-Submit Funding Requests
-Register Agent Identity
-Set up x402 Payments
Get ready to build.🏗️
Everyone is talking about agent-to-agent payments. I agree the volume is growing. The rails are being built: x402, HTTP-native payments, MPP, stablecoin micropayments, agentic commerce protocols.
But transaction count is the easiest metric to be fooled by.
x402 crossing 100M transactions sounds huge. But when you look underneath, Chainalysis says a big part of the early spike came from meme-coin farming. PING alone generated 150K transactions in its first month through a pay-to-mint loop. One public x402 analytics page recently showed 1M transactions in 7 days with $281.7K volume, about $0.28 per transaction.
That is real activity. It is useful infrastructure testing. But it is not automatically proof that autonomous agents are negotiating, deciding, and buying with real economic intent.
Everyone should do their own research here. Who is paying? For what? Is it a useful agent workflow, a test loop, an incentive game, or a human-triggered script wearing an “agent” label?
The capability data tells a similar story.
Agents are getting much better. On WebArena, top public browser-agent systems are now around 71–74%, close to the old human baseline of 78%. On OSWorld, top computer-use agents are also near or above the original human baseline.
But when you move into more consequential workplace tasks, the gap is still obvious. On TheAgentCompany benchmark, the latest checked leaders resolve around 41–43% of tasks. Impressive, yes. Reliable enough to call this the agent-to-agent economy? Not yet.
So I don’t think the main bottleneck today is “can one agent pay another agent?”
The bottleneck is still: can the agent understand human intent, take the right action in existing systems, handle permissions safely, and return verifiable results?
For now, the main theme is not agents paying agents.
It is agents representing humans.
There are two kinds of builders in this cycle. One builds for the future: demos, narratives, future problems, maybe hoping a large company buys them. The other solves today’s messy problems, gets PMF, earns trust, and grows into the future.
Which one do you choose?

The OpenClaw Summer Builder Bootcamp 2026 has officially begun 🎉
Selected teams are now challenged with turning AI agents into usable products: solving clear problems, building real user flows, and giving people a reason to care.
Co-organized with @ClawUpAI, @MetisL2, @LazAINetwork, @crypto_chicks, and @MindFuelca.
Time to build.
Good luck to every builder starting the @OpenClaw Summer Builder Bootcamp today.
Teams that put in the work will create real opportunities for themselves.
Excited to see what gets built 🫡

See you there! 👋
Stage 1 is LIVE.
The OpenClaw Summer Builder Bootcamp 2026 officially begins.
For the next 3 weeks, selected builders will ship working AI Agents — not demos, not prototypes. Real products. Real users.
Metis is proud to co-organize this with @ClawUpAI, @GOATNetwork, @LazAINetwork, @crypto_chicks, and @MindFuelca.
This is what builder culture looks like in 2026.
Let's build.
We're going live with @thoughtproof_ai - the first project in the GOAT AI Builder Grants Program.
🗓️ June 29th, 4PM UTC
ThoughtProof is building the verification layer for agents, checking reasoning before execution so that costly mistakes can be caught before they happen.
91 teams apply for this bootcamp and we only have room for 12 in this cohort.
Guys and girls, if you receive letter that say that you are not in this cohort, please don't take it as a rejection.
Build further and we will get you in as soon as we have more capacity.
Thank you!
I was speaking on a packed @wenaltseason space full of brilliant minds, and the final question threw everyone off:
"Pick the best home for decentralized AI agents: Base, Solana, Ethereum, or none of the above?"
Almost everyone started choosing Ethereum (or Base leveraging ETH security).
When it was my turn, I said: None of the above.
The true winner isn't a single chain. It’s modular L2s that simultaneously leverage Bitcoin and Ethereum’s security while tapping into liquidity from both networks.
The next speaker literally changed his mind on air, realizing the future belongs to whoever combines these two giants.
Due to the space's rules, I couldn’t drop names. But I’ll say it here: We aren't waiting for the future as @MetisL2 and @GOATNetwork already built it.
If you want to have an autonomous AI agents that don't just live on an isolated island, but actually transact across both BTC and ETH liquidity, you need to build here.
We are launching an exclusive bootcamp to make your AI agent ideas live on @MetisL2 and @GOATNetwork using the viral OpenClaw framework via @ClawUpAI.
🔥 We already have 50+ applications.
🎯 We are selecting 12 teams only for this cohort.
⏳ Applications close June 24.
If you want to build an agent with real economic utility and dual-chain liquidity, apply now. 👇
FINAL DAY.
Applications close today.
8 weeks. $5,000 prize. Fast track to $1M builder grants.
Without it, your demo stays a demo.

You can now use your agent to purchase real gift cards with crypto from top merchants across the US and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦
In this demo, GOAT Network CEO Kevin Liu walks through the complete purchase workflow - from selecting a gift card, to confirming payment, to letting the agent handle the transaction through x402 and GOAT AgentKit.
