@nectar I have over 2000 points on my card, but when I try to spend them on my Sainsbury's shop, it says I have restricted items so I can't use them. I don't know what these items could be. Please help me to spend my points.

@sainsburys I thought the Smartshop app was supposed to make my shopping experience quicker. Often I have to have an item check. this week it was a full re-scan. Not nice when you have frozen items and the member of staff busy with other shoppers. Bring back manned tills.

Annalise Dodds was asked about this recently, and she responded that there are no plans to include Asexuality as a protected characteristic.
