@reMarkable bought a reMarkable2 in 2020 and use it everyday. Love the device. Dropped it and damaged on/off switch. reMarkable is not honoring their exchange policy. Customer service has been unresponsive, except for their automated platitudes. #badcustomerservicereMarkable
