Has anyone had an awful experience with @airbnb as a customer? Their cust srvc agents are very combative & they are programmed 2 use ways 2 wiggle out of assisting u. It was the worse experience ever!

Beware of using @Airbnb everything is great when it’s smooth, but once you have a problem - they are dishonest and lack integrity. The host will be protected and you as a guest will be dishonoured. I never thought I would encounter such a horrible experience - during and after.
