Mississippi Walmart Shoplifting Incident Ends in Police Shooting, Killing 1-Year-Old; Community Outraged

48 hours ago, police were called to a Senatobia Walmart about a shoplifting incident involving two women and a child.

When the officers arrived, they saw two women and a child exiting Walmart and getting into their vehicle. The officers attempted to stop them from leaving.

The driver allegedly drove toward the officers, nearly hitting them. This caused one of the officers to fire a shot at the vehicle, striking and killing the child.

The officer is on administrative leave.

The community has come together to demand justice for the officer to be arrested, and is calling this police shooting racist and white supremacy.
