A link is the atomic unit of the web, but there's no simple, cross-browser way to share a bunch of links.
Today we're making that possible from Arc 🔗💌
For Arc members, and non Arc members!
🧵 Here's how it came together, including building a browser in a browser…
back from a wonderful design offsite with the @browsercompany design crew (sans @karlamickens who wasn’t able to attend)
thankful to work with folks who are so dedicated to their craft and such collaborative and positive teammates 💙
very excited for what is to come :)
1/ Last week @elfanek and I gave @ArcInternet’s theme picker a fresh coat of paint and added a lot of design and engineering details in the process.
Here’s an overview for the curious reader: https://t.co/SDB0FKC3tq
@pablo__mikel @joshm@browsercompany Hey Pablo, it's still possible! Head to View › Appearance › Automatic and your theme, web contents, and arc ui will shift alongside macOS.
We'll add something to the theme picker to make this clearer - sorry for the confusion!
@Matt_Fantinel @joshm@browsercompany@jasdev Hey Matt, they totally can follow your system appearance! Head over to View › Appearance › Automatic and your theme, web contents, and arc ui will shift alongside macOS.
Yesterday @elfanek and I launched shortcut remapping in @browsercompany’s @ArcInternet. And since it looks like we didn’t break anything in the process, here’s some engineering and design love we put into the project. 💙
