One of the reasons people don't recognize ADHD as a disability is that they see ADHD struggles (with things like organisation, tidyness, timeliness, communication etc) as personal failings. That is ableism.

@JohnnyT3ars @SarahIronside6 I would not expect to never get a raise while being required to up my skills yearly. That said, my job pays average $67 an hour but half of that is from tips. Most of my colleagues don’t even have health insurance and can barely afford rent.
