The problem with "teacher shortage" is its passivity. It's as if we've mysteriously landed here & not due to devaluing us. Then, you blame teachers.
This is inaccurate.

Don't wait until Sept to talk about Latinx topics. Don't wait until Nov. to talk about Indigenous people. Don't wait until Feb. to talk about Black history. Don't wait until June to talk about queer folx.
