NYC Mayor Mamdani's "Rent Advisor" hasn't paid her rent in 4 years!
Tracy Rosenthal, whose family is wealthy, is listed by the bank as a squatter and is facing eviction.
You just can't make this insanity up! 😂
🚨 OMG. You can't make this up: Michigan Senate candidate Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed just came out in favor of COMMUNIST REGIME-style SEIZURE of companies in the United States
Michigan needs to elect Mike Rogers and end this BS.
Q: Are you in favor of public ownership models?
ROGERS: We not only need public ownership but public CONTROL!
🤯🤯
Terrifying.
The Democrat Communists of America!
Here’s @HunterBiden at a pro-Israel rally in Malibu in 2023 holding two (!) Israeli flags. Photo taken by a local resident. I guess the same Zionists who planted the laptop story must have been controlling his brain. Or maybe he’s still a Zionist agent? I’m just asking questions.
Zohran Mamdani: “I can’t support any state that privileges one religion.”
The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Article 2: “Islam shall be the State religion of Pakistan.”
We still don’t know why Fauci and the other shot-fanatics were obsessed with getting every single person “vaccinated”, but whatever their motive, the idea of universal injection superseded everything else—even the most fundamental right of parents to bring children into the world
I applaud all the dunking on Rolling Stone for its utterly predictable, conformist, suck-uppery to Piker. My only objection is that a lot of it implies normal people *should be* scared of Piker. They shouldn't be. He's a poseur and fraud. The only people who should be afraid of him are Democrats who want the Democratic Party to be appealing to mainstream American voters. But lending credibility to Piker's pathetic shock-jock version of radical chic is a mistake. He says indefensible things because he's not very bright and wants the frisson of transgression he can't earn on the merits. He's the sort of dude who likes to be seen at a cafe reading Sartre, but hopes no one notices he never turns the page. And the journalists who buy his act are either complicit in the grift or so shallow they can't see they're the mark.
That said, one can make the case that Piker *represents* something "scary": how easily duped a lot of young people and journalists are and their willingness to mistake a rich kid loser's support for communism, authoritarianism, terror and rape as heroic and sophisticated.
NEW: Before launching his campaign, Abdul El-Sayed removed 100+ YouTubes from 2022-2024. Transcripts show him floating replacing the 2nd Amendment, urging an end to July 4th fireworks, blasting GOP focus on the border.
His campaign says they “don’t reflect his beliefs today.”
Jessica Tarlov claims AOC now is a "Moderate Dem" as compared to the "core DSA wing."
Scott Galloway agrees that this is a "fair point."
AOC is a member of NYC DSA.
The gaslighting levels coming in an attempt to rebrand AOC for 2028 are going to be stratospheric.
Rama Duwaji is traveling to the hot tourist spots of Syria and Lebanon.
Her husband Mayor Mamdani requested an NYPD police escort.
The NYPD is apparently denying this request as these countries have “level 4 travel advisories” and this trip is not related to NYPD work
Abdul El-Sayed hates July 4th fireworks and thinks football is too problematic.
Francesca Hong wants to cancel Thanksgiving.
James Talarico thinks the American flag is a "complicated symbol."
Is there anything uniquely American that doesn't make socialists extremely angry?
This is subtle but important
On a Turkish-American podcast before becoming famous
Zohran says that white liberals are primarily driven by ideology
Whereas “our community” is more driven by “identity”
And that there needs to be a “validator” saying “trust us” to get the white progressives to vote with his “community”
It’s a deliberate strategy to deceive, and millions are falling for it
Three episodes ago Tucker Carlson had on a Nazi apologist and during the show they promoted an open neo-Nazi who views Hitler as a heroic figure.
Two episodes ago he had on a weirdo criminal conspiracy theorist whose pinned post was suggesting kicking Jews out of America.
This last episode he had on a crackhead disgraced abuser and he blamed all of the bad things that the guy did on Israel.
This isn’t some unique stretch. He’s been doing this for more than a year. The guy has invented so many false conspiracies that I’ve lost track. That’s on top of all his promotion and apologist of left-wing radicals, anti-American regimes, and nonsense conspiracies.
We can debate what it means and whether others should be viewed differently for continued associations, but pls stop the gaslighting as to if there’s a credible debate about whether he’s an anti-Semite or just a critic of Israel.
John McWhorter's disgust is palpable in this piece about Jason Arday. One of the most satisfying vivisections I've yet read on the topic - McWhorter gets it ALL out onto the page, bitingly. https://t.co/14YkxE9EsS
@RollingStone …
Supporting/glorifying terrorists, and those who openly support terror, for more than a decade.
@hasanthehun has openly supported Hamas, justified the atrocities of October 7th, said Hezbollah’s flag is his favorite, and spreads Jew hatred like a virus.
I used to dream of being on the cover of Rolling Stone.
This is disgusting, and wildly irresponsible, especially in the current environment.
#ShameOnRollingStone
The poll was conducted by the Vera Institute, an anti-ICE non profit whose mission goal is to “end immigration detention” according to their own website. They also provide free lawyers for illegal aliens.
In any sane sports league, this would get a coach fired. Her job is to have her player’s back, not defend the woman who close-lined one of them and then accused her player of having “white privilege” for getting the correct flagrant call.
A clown league.
Let's lay out the math:
You own an NYC apartment that's been occupied by the same tenant for 30 years. It's rent-stabilized, so the tenant is paying substantially under market rate.
The tenant moves out / passes away, and legally, you're required to invest $100k into lead abatement, wiring, asbestos, etc., to bring the unit to code before you re-lease it to the next tenant.
But because of a 2019 law called the HSTPA (Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act), you can't raise the rent enough to cover the renovation costs.
You go to the bank to ask for a renovation loan. They say, "Can you pay it back?" You say, honestly, "No." They say "Denied," as they should.
Your only other option would be to pay cash out-of-pocket if you happen to have that kind of money laying around.
Your financial advisor says, "Why wouldn't you just put that money into T-bills, or TIPS, or long-term Treasuries? Or heck, even a high-yield savings account? Or a CD?"
You run the math and realize all of the above would pay a higher return.
So it doesn't make sense to pay cash. You can't get approved for a loan. And you can't legally rent out the apartment without doing this renovation work.
So you leave the apartment vacant.
There are 57,421 rent-stabilized vacant units in NYC, according to the latest data, which was released in June 2026.
That's about a 16.18% increase over the previous year, when NYC had 49,426 vacant units.
That trend line is worrying. And it's about to get worse.
