@AskFrontier No internet service in Apollo Beach, FL, even though told repeatedly that there is no outage. I have rebooted and power cycled repeatedly, but still no internet connection.
@MichTotHed #Dopesick is a great limited series on Hulu about Purdue Pharma, how they spawned America’s opioid crisis in Appalachia. Based on true accounts, how they pulled doctors into the scheme, continuously created & pushed higher dose pills. Highly recommend! #MurdaughTrial#CourtTV
@msbhavg @MichTotHed That’s exactly what I was thinking. I think they should have subpoenaed his health records, AND requested a psychological evaluation because he clearly has some pathological tendencies.
HOW does someone take 3000mg of oxycodone/oxycontin a day and still be able to stand up, much less function? I say subpoena medical records. A 20-year addiction surely would show signs to major organs/systems. #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory: He scrambles to establish an alibi, moving away from the crime scene and making contact with as many people as possible. He calls in an accomplice from a landline at his parents’ home, to remove the guns while he is safely away. (Part 7) #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory: Alex picked up another gun, haphazardly loaded it, and purposely pursued his wife and shot her dead as she attempted to flee. (Part 6)
#CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory: Knowing Maggie would be devastated; Knowing Maggie would not be silent; Knowing this all would fit so well with reports of threats against Paul; Knowing this would divert attention from his white collar crimes and pending lawsuits…(Part 5) #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory: When Alex regains his footing, realizes what he has done, and sees Maggie turning to see what had happened, he makes a decision fueled by his opioid haze and the walls closing in on him. (Part 4) #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory:…or stumbling (over a rambunctious dog?), and as he goes down, the gun in his hands goes off (thus the odd angles & projections) and he accidentally shoots Paul. (Part 3) #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My Theory: After wrestling the chicken away from Bubba, Alex picks up a gun and walks around looking at targets in the distance through the sight, while still talking to Maggie & Paul. Then, he loses his footing, tripping (over a hose?)…(Part 2) #CourtTV#MurdaughTrial
My theory: As has been described as typical by countless friends and relatives, multiple loaded guns were out and accessible at the kennel. Paul & Maggie went to the kennel to attend to the dogs & other maintenance/chores. Alex followed shortly. (Part 1)

Been listening to #murdaughtrial on #CourtTV while working each day, but I missed opening of the trial. Question I have:
(1) Are there lesser counts (less that first degree murder) the jury can vote guilty on? - Or are the bound to all or nothing?
@AskFrontier - (2 of 2) At 6pm last night, I was told the issue was partially resolved, that it would be fully resolved by end of day (though no ETR was given), and that 608 homes were currently without service. When can we expect this to be resolved?
@AskFrontier - Also in Apollo Beach, Florida...trying to work from home and keep to octogenarians content, but now on day 2 of outage...second one in less than two weeks. (1 of 2)
@Ask_Spectrum [3 of 3] Miserably having to rely on iPhone & iPad as hotspots, streaming limited shows through app, using a skyroam for work. Now told I am in an outage area (denied this yesterday). Time to end this relationship.
@Ask_Spectrum [2 of 3] Went through troubleshoot w/help desk tech again. Got to the last step, which was taking longer(because there was no internet connection), got disconnected from chat.
