Going the Extra Mile for the People We Serve
Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!
While many celebrated with family today, a dedicated team of JAMB staff chose to be at their desks in offices all over the country, resolving candidates' issues and making sure no one was left stranded because of the holiday.
To every one of you who showed up: thank you. Your commitment is a reminder that service to the nation is not only about grand gestures. It is found in the quiet decision to put others first, even on a public holiday.
This is the spirit of the Nigeria we are building together: dependable, responsive and devoted to the people we serve.
I am proud of you. The candidates are grateful. The nation is better for it.
Happy 66th Independence Anniversary.
Putting In the Work That Excellent Service Demands
We continue to strengthen the systems and partnerships that make our services and processes easier and more seamless for #ThePeopleWeServe
Our agreement with NECO, NABTEB and NBAIS on the upload of O’Level results is one of the steps towards reducing bottlenecks faced by our customers.
For us, every collaboration has a purpose: to build a more efficient, responsive and candidate-focused JAMB.
That is the work we’re dedicated to doing #ForThePeopleWeServe
All fired up!
Returning from our management retreat with energy, clarity and purpose, we stepped into another week of meaningful engagements, strategic partnerships and continued efforts to make things work better for #ThePeopleWeServe
✅ The week began with a courtesy visit to the Director-General of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), where we explored areas of collaboration that can further strengthen identity verification and simplify processes for our candidates.
✅ We also inaugurated the JAMB UTME Committee to consider the inclusion of Life Skills and Critical Thinking in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
✅ We hosted the DICON team, exploring opportunities to strengthen institutional partnerships
✅ On Friday, we signed an agreement with NECO, NABTEB and NBAIS on the upload of O’Level results, an important step towards making the admission process more seamless for candidates.
✅ We also held a meeting with the Admissions Department and received teams and stakeholders working across education assessment and digital engagement.
Every meeting, partnership and training session is ultimately about one thing: making JAMB work better #ForThePeopleWeServe
One retreat. Many impactful decisions
So last week, Management had an intensive retreat, reviewing our operations and taking key decisions aimed at building public trust, easing the difficulties candidates face and improving service delivery.
✅ We approved the integration of IBASS into the Pre-Registration App. Candidates will now be able to confirm their eligibility, institutions and programmes before visiting a registration centre.
✅ We approved better support for candidates outside Nigeria, including profiled email services, online payment options and easier access to the services currently provided through 55019 and 66019.
✅ We strengthened the process for rescheduling eligible candidates, with clearer timelines, better communication and more notification channels so affected candidates get timely information.
✅ We approved stronger accreditation and monitoring for CBT centres, including mandatory CCTV remote viewing to curb examination malpractice, improved network testing, accessibility considerations for persons living with disabilities, and stricter safeguards against borrowed equipment.
✅ We directed service providers to fix complaint-resolution systems, cut down failed or delayed messages, and refund candidates who pay for services that are not delivered.
✅ We trained management and staff on adaptive leadership, innovation, change management and customer-centred service. The sessions reinforced accountability, responsiveness and ownership of every interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
These decisions bring us closer to a registration, examination and admission process that is simpler, safer and more responsive to #ThePeopleWeServe

Taking the work beyond the office.
As part of his ongoing assessment of JAMB’s operations across the country, the Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, conducted on-the-spot assessments of selected JAMB offices and Professional Test Centres (PTCs) across Kano, Kaduna, Oyo and Osun.
The trip also provided an opportunity to reconnect with JAMB’s institutional history, as the Registrar visited former Registrars, Dr. Abdulrahman and Prof. Salim, engaging with them to draw from their wealth of experience, insights and institutional knowledge as JAMB continues to evolve.
From strengthening operations to learning from those who have served before, the visits reflect a continued commitment to better systems, stronger service and continuous improvement.
A look at some moments from the trip. 📸

To the Atalanta family , after nearly four years, the time has come for me to say goodbye. From the moment I arrived in Bergamo, you welcomed me like one of your own and pushed me to be the best version of myself.
Together we made history. European champions, a night none of us will ever forget. Scoring a hat-trick in a European final and lifting a trophy with this club after a 61 year trophy drought will stay with me. Winning the Africa Player of the year award in 2024 as an Atalanta player will forever stay with me. Those moments, those emotions, those nights under the lights, they’re engraved in my heart.
Thank you to my teammates, the staff, the club. To the fans, your passion, your belief, your energy meant everything. From day one, you stood by me and by this team through every moment. Your passion, your voices, your belief never faded and together we achieved.
Every cheer, every banner, every away trip meant something. Thank you for making Bergamo feel like home and for giving me memories I’ll carry forever.
Grazie di tutto, ciao 💙🖤
We just released the 2025 JAMB questions for
Physics, Chemistry, Accounting, Government and Literature in English for students to assess their readiness for 2026 JAMB exams.
They are properly vetted with clear answers and detailed explanations.
What surprised me is how humbling it is, some students who felt ready weren’t, while some who were anxious turned out to be fine.
It just shows you students current level honestly.
If you’re writing JAMB this year, you probably owe yourself that truth now, not in the exam hall.
It’s here:

If this doesn’t concern you, ignore it.
But someone you care about is writing JAMB.
Please share it with them.
If Nigeria wins this match against Mozambique i promise that I will share ₦2million to everyone that likes this post and RT.
