@theo This may be permanent, this is the level of intelligence we get. Now all emphasis goes to open source, before restrictions begin there, but much harder to enforce legally and technically.

@multitaskingR @davepl1968 I'd consider it good until and including Windows 7, it was a pretty decent OS, especially in the days of Windows XP. The great deterioration began in Windows 10 and all the cloud based / subscription based move, it stopped being a product for the consumer

@kimmonismus The EU and other countries should advance open source frontier models, as well as open source in general for key things like operating systems, office and so on, supporting free transparent models and software, this cannot depend on the wishes of one country

@jun_song I don't see how they can control open source models from China and other countries. This has nothing to do with the US
