Press Release, 25th April 2026:
Re: MAZI NNAMDI KANU has instructed me to publicly convey the following message (verbatim) to MIKE ARNOLD:
“Dear Mike,
I am writing to acknowledge your remarkable effort in shedding light on the truth about me and my people. Your commitment to the truth is commendable, and I often wonder how different things would be if more voices like yours had spoken up sooner. You can count on the support of the Indigenous People of Biafra and myself. May Elohim guide and protect you always. Thank you.
Ipob leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.”
As the Kenyan High Court rules AGAINST the #ExtraordinaryRendition of MAZI NNAMDI KANU, I make bold to commend Prof Lumumba (our Kenyan lead counsel who worked closely with me), Kanunta & Prince Emmanuel (for their tenacity & fraternity) & Justice Mwita for the judicial courage.
Today’s hearing in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case is done. Further hearings will be held on 7th & 8th May for the direct examination of a new witness. The high point was a Ruling made by the Judge, ordering the prosecution to serve us certain documents relating to the new witness.
Nothing has ever stopped MaziNnamdi Kanu from talking about people’s suffering in Nigeria. In 2017, #MNK addressed the press after one of his Court appearances in Abuja to inform the country and the world, about the illegal detention of innocent Northerners at the @OfficialDSSNG headquarters in Abuja.
During cross examination of the prosecution witness PW1:
Barrister Agabi; Did my say that the Nation is suffering from corruption?
Witness; l can’t remember.
Barrister Agabi; He said the Nation is suffering from corruption true or false?
Witness; That question should not be put to me.
Judge; You don’t dictate the questions that should be asked to you.
Is Nigeria not bleeding? Now you know.

Breaking:
Two new SANs join the legal team of MAZI NNAMDI KANU. They’re Okon Efut, SAN and Ikeazor Akaraiwe, SAN. They’re currently in Court with rest of the team. Cross examination of the prosecution witness who testified on 29th April is about to begin.
Today, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu instructed me to convey his sorrow for the demise of Afenifere leader, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, describing him as a fearless leader & an embodiment of courage & good conscience who will be sorely missed. He had hoped to meet Chief Adebanjo upon his release.
“The statement was jointly signed by Chief Maxwell Dede Emole, Nduru Chebe Oha & Dr. Remy Okea on behalf of Rising Sun Foundation Inc. USA, as well as Engrs. Evans Nwankwo and Benjamin Nwankwo for Ambassadors for Self-Determination” - @DailyPostNGR
We are not against trial but that Justice Binta Nyako having recused herself, she can no longer preside over the case. Recall that MNK stated in open court that he no longer has confidence in the Judge, especially as the Supreme Court also stated that her impartiality is suspect.
This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.
I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.
To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you 🙏
