DORCAS update 🚨
Each of the Challenged Policies—the Global Asylum Hold Policy, the Benefits Hold Policy, the Comprehensive Re-Review Policy, and the Country-Specific Factors Policy—are declared unlawful and are hereby VACATED and SET ASIDE.
Happy Friday @USCISJoe 😚
This is a BIG win. A judge has now reaffirmed that Trump’s freeze on processing immigration applications for 39 countries is illegal and that processing must restart immediately.
Today’s ruling is not the end of the fight, but it is a major step in the right direction.

Thousands of Afghan allies waiting in Pakistan have completed the required steps and continue to wait for progress. Their future should not remain on hold indefinitely. #ResumeP1P2Cases#Save_Afghan_Allies_Pakistan
@afghanevac While others are being welcomed, Afghan U.S. allies with completed P2/P1 cases remain trapped in Pakistan.
Every day brings the risk of arrest and deportation.
A promise delayed is a promise at risk of being broken.

@DaraeeRafi38657@USUN@USAmbUN@laralogan@Acyn@PabloReports If the safety of U.S. allies is “assured,” please don’t forget Afghan P2&P1 allies in Pakistan.
Our cases were completed. We were waiting for flights. Now we face arrest and deportation.
We stood with America. Keep the promise.
