Wow. Trump invokes Jesus at the National Christmas Tree Lighting
“During this holy season, Christians everywhere rejoice at the miracle in Bethlehem more than 2,000 years ago when the Son of God, our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ came down from heaven to be with us”
Jesus is King
HELP SAVE THE OSTRICHES!
An egregious injustice is unfolding in at Universal Ostrich Farms in BC, where the CFIA is poised to slaughter 400 vibrant, healthy ostriches.
These birds are not mere livestock; they are vital sentinels in the fight against deadly diseases like avian flu and C-19, serving as irreplaceable subjects in critical research that could safeguard countless lives.
These noble birds, exposed to avian flu 250 days ago, stand today as living proof of resilience, showing not a single trace of illness.
Yet, in an astonishing display of negligence, the CFIA refuses to test them, opting instead for destruction over discovery. This is not just a loss of life; it is a betrayal of science, a rejection of progress, and a squandering of potential breakthroughs that could protect us all.
These ostriches are not destined for human consumption or use—they exist solely to advance our understanding of diseases that threaten humanity. To kill them is to kill hope itself.
This is government overreach at its most outrageous, a decision so reckless it demands to be challenged in the Supreme Court of Canada. We cannot stand idly by as bureaucracy tramples on reason and science.
#SaveTheOstriches
For you tonight if you are weary and tired...
“God Do You See Me?”
A nurse walked past the open door. The machines hummed quietly in the background.
She sat there, hands folded in her lap, shoes off, waiting for news she didn’t want to hear.
Her voice was barely audible.
“God, do You see me?”
Isaiah 40 was written for moments like that and for people like you.
This chapter is for the tired. The discouraged. The quiet-hearted believers who still trust, but feel stretched thin.
God Speaks with Tenderness
The very first word from heaven is not a command to do more or try harder.
It is the word comfort.
“Comfort, comfort my people,” says your God.
These words are spoken by the same God who once thundered from Sinai. But here, He speaks like a father kneeling beside a wounded child. A promise is about to unfold.
“Prepare the way.”
The Lord is coming.
Isaiah says God Himself is drawing near. The road must be made ready. The path must be cleared. Because He is not sending help from afar. He is the help.
He is the one who will come close.
What Stands When Everything Else Falls
“All flesh is grass.”
What a gentle reminder.
Everything we build wears out. Even the strongest people grow weak. Even the most passionate hearts grow weary.
Our plans, our beauty, our bodies, our pride…all of it fades like a flower under the summer sun.
But one thing never fades.
“The word of our God will stand forever.”
And in that word, God makes a promise. He will come. He will not leave you. He will keep every single word He has spoken.
Say It Clearly. Say It Without Fear.
“Go up on a high mountain,” he says. “Lift up your voice with strength.”
What should you say?
“Behold your God.”
My dear friends, this is a person to meet.
He comes with power and justice and strength. He holds all things in His hands. And at the very same time, He comes with tenderness.
He gathers the lambs. He carries them close. He leads them gently.
His power does not cancel His care. His greatness does not make Him cold. He is the kind of God who can shake the nations and still hold a child without trembling.
There Is No Comparison
Isaiah asks us to look up. To really look.
This God is the one who measured the oceans in the hollow of His hand. He stretched the heavens like a curtain. He lifts the mountains and weighs the hills. He is not impressed by human strength. He does not take counsel from anyone. No one has ever taught Him anything.
Then Isaiah makes it personal.
How foolish it is to compare this God to an idol.
How strange that we would try to shape Him into something manageable. A bit of metal. A carved piece of wood.
Idols never listen. They never speak. They never move.
But this God sees everything. Knows everything. Moves in power and love at the same time. And He is not an idea to imagine. He is the Lord.
The very One Isaiah says is coming into the world.
So why would He forget you?
He sees every moment and hears every sigh. He knows every name. He never grows weary. He never looks away. He never misunderstands your pain.
Not one detail of your life is hidden from Him.
Strength for Those Who Wait
Isaiah turns his attention now to those who feel weak.
Are you worn out? So was Israel. So is every believer at some point.
Even young people, full of energy and life, eventually stumble. The strongest fall. The most faithful grow tired.
But those who wait for the Lord…they will find strength.
Strength given by God to those who lean into Him. It is not always loud or flashy. But it is real.
You may feel like your steps are slow. But He will help you walk and not faint.
You may feel stuck today. But He will lift you. Like wings catching the wind, He will carry you. He will help you go forward.
Not because you are strong. But because He is.
This Is Your God
He is not a distant ruler.
He is not a passive observer.
He is the Shepherd who carries lambs.
He is the Creator who holds stars.
He is the Savior who speaks comfort.
So if you are tired, you are not failing. If you feel small, you are not forgotten.
If your strength feels empty, you are right where His strength begins.
Lift your eyes.
Behold your God.
⚡ 10 Minutes Before and 10 Minutes After the Rapture ⚡
🌅 Ten Minutes Before…
The world turns as usual. Coffee brews. Commuters check traffic. Students scroll their phones before class. Markets hum. In Jerusalem, morning light spills over the Mount of Olives.
A Messianic believer reads Psalm 27:14 — “Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD!”
In a quiet apartment, a grandmother whispers Psalm 17:15 — “I shall behold Your face in righteousness; when I awake…”
In New York, a pastor closes his Bible after reading 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 — “The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command… and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive… will be caught up… to meet the Lord in the air.”
Unseen by most, the words of Isaiah 26:19 stand ready to break into reality: “Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy!”
Few know the age of grace is seconds from closing and Daniel’s prophecy — “he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week” (Daniel 9:27) — is about to enter its final countdown.
⸻
🌌 The Rapture – The Instant
Without warning, heaven’s stillness ends. “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God.”
In a moment — “in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet” (1 Corinthians 15:52) — graves break open. “The dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive… shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” John 14:3 becomes reality: “I will come again and will take you to Myself, that where I am you may be also.”
Isaiah 26:20’s ancient call echoes in eternity: “Come, My people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the fury has passed by.” The Bride meets the Bridegroom. The Church is gone. The Restrainer’s unique presence in the body of Christ is removed (2 Thessalonians 2:6–7).
⸻
🔥 Ten Minutes After…
Chaos ignites. Highways become graveyards of twisted steel. News anchors stumble through words: “mass disappearances… unprecedented global event.” A father grips a small blanket, sobbing in the street. In Jerusalem, a rabbi stares at the empty seat where his Messianic cousin sat minutes ago.
False explanations flood in: alien abductions, quantum anomalies, evolutionary leaps. “For this reason God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false” (2 Thessalonians 2:11).
In Israel, a prophetic pivot begins. Orthodox councils meet behind closed doors. Global leaders float a peace proposal: “he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week” (Daniel 9:27). The stage is cleared for the man of lawlessness — “the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and false signs and wonders” (2 Thessalonians 2:9).
⸻
▶️ Many churchgoers are still here, staring at empty pews. Matthew 7:21 comes alive: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven…”
▶️ Heaven’s Joy – For the redeemed, it is Revelation 19:7–8: “Let us rejoice and exult and give Him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come…”
▶️ Earth’s Descent – With salt and light removed (Matthew 5:13–14), darkness accelerates. Isaiah 60:2 becomes visible: For behold, darkness shall cover the earth.
If you are reading this before that moment, Jesus Christ is the only path: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). He bore the wrath your sins deserve and offers eternal life to all who believe.
He promises to “keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world” (Revelation 3:10).
Ten minutes from now, you could be in His presence… or in the Tribulation. “Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect” (Matthew 24:44).
The Day the Prince of Darkness Died
Ozzy Osbourne’s Final Appointment with Eternity
I was 16 the first time I heard “Mr. Crowley.”
The way it began…haunting organ, crashing guitar…grabbed me by the throat. I didn’t know what the lyrics meant. I didn’t care.
I was angry, curious, spiritually empty, and Ozzy Osbourne sounded like someone who had seen behind the curtain.
He felt untouchable.
Immortal.
A man who drank from the shadows and laughed.
But today, Ozzy died.
And I need to talk to you about that. Not about music. Not about controversy. Not even about Ozzy himself, really.
I need to talk to you about what happens when someone dies.
Because whatever else you believe about Ozzy, this is now true:
The man who called himself the Prince of Darkness has stepped into a kingdom he can no longer define.
I Was 42 When the Light Finally Found Me
I admired Ozzy long before I feared God. I wasn’t raised in church. I wasn’t hardened either. Just… unanchored. I floated through my teens and twenties chasing noise, like so many do. Music filled the void. Metal was a friend that never judged.
By the time I reached my early 40s, I had built a life, but not a soul. I was married. Employed. Civil. I could smile in public and curse in private. I knew how to hide the emptiness. What I didn’t know was how to heal it.
Then Jesus Christ found me.
He didn’t improve me.
He rescued me.
He came with the truth about life, and death, and judgment and I was smart enough, by sheer mercy, to bow.
So understand: I write this not as a critic of Ozzy, but as a man who once walked toward the same cliff.
What Happens When We Die
Ozzy’s death is not symbolic. His soul has separated from his body. His blood cooled. His lungs quit. But Ozzy didn’t disappear. He went somewhere.
And so will you.
You are not just biology. You’re not a collection of carbon, nerves, and brainwaves. You are soul and body, breath and clay. Death tears the two apart, but it doesn’t end you.
The Bible says it plainly: “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.”
Ozzy kept his appointment. You will too.
When you die, you will be awake. Aware. Unmistakably conscious. Not in some floating mist, but in a state of full, terrifying clarity.
You will either enter the presence of Christ or the horror of separation from Him.
And it will be immediate.
There is no purgatory.
No tunnel with a light.
No do-overs.
You will stand…spiritually, then one day bodily…in the place where your life’s choices carried you.
The Resurrection Is Not a Myth
There is a resurrection coming. One resurrection. All will rise. Some to joy. Some to shame.
Ozzy will rise. So will I. So will you.
Your body may be buried, burned, or lost at sea. It does not matter. The God who fashioned Adam from dust can call your atoms back with a word.
Scripture says our resurrection will be like the planting of a seed. The body you place in the ground is not the one that comes out. Just as a sunflower is not a carbon copy of the seed that birthed it, your resurrection body will be a glorified version, fit for eternity.
The believer will rise with a body like Christ’s. Immortal. Incorruptible. Built for worship.
The unbeliever will rise too with a body not to behold glory, but to endure judgment.
This is certainty.
When the Music Stops: Ozzy Osbourne’s Death and the Courtroom of Eternity
Every word you’ve spoken, every secret you’ve carried, every mask you’ve worn will be laid bare. Not before your therapist. Before your Creator.
The books will open.
And nothing will be missing.
You won’t get to defend yourself. You won’t be compared to someone worse. You won’t be able to lie or hide or charm your way out.
If you lived without Christ, you will die without Christ. And if you die without Christ, you will face the wrath of a holy God who offered you mercy and was ignored.
But if you are in Christ, if His blood has covered your guilt, if His name is written over your story…then the judgment will not break you. It will crown you.
Not because you lived well.
But because He died well.
Because your record has been swallowed up in His righteousness.
Eternity Will Be Your Forever Home
I don’t know if Ozzy Osbourne ever repented. I pray that he did. But I cannot speak for him. I can only say this: the lyrics he once sang are now irrelevant. Whatever jokes he made about hell, whatever symbols he wore, whatever darkness he flirted with…it is no longer stagecraft.
It is verdict.
And one day, it will be yours too.
Heaven is not a feeling. It is a place. A place where God is not just worshipped, but enjoyed.
Hell is not a metaphor. It is a prison. A place where mercy has ceased to be offered and every moment burns with regret.
Some will read this and roll their eyes. Others will scroll past and go back to their lives. But someone—maybe you—feels the weight. You know this is true.
You have pushed God off long enough. You have numbed yourself with distractions and convinced yourself that judgment is for other people. Not for you.
But you’re wrong.
The road ends. Every life ends. And only one name saves.
Ozzy’s Death Is Not About Ozzy
It’s about you.
The news of his death is not a tabloid event. It is a trumpet blast to the living.
The man who once stood on stage and howled at the moon is now silent. The crowd is gone. The lights are off.
And he is face to face with eternity.
So ask yourself: if the curtain fell tonight, would you be ready?
Do not play games with your soul.
Do not wait to become a better version of yourself.
Do not pretend that God is still deciding what to do with you.
He already has.
He sent His Son.
He opened the door.
And He promised…if you will repent and believe…you will be saved.
Not improved.
Not reformed.
Saved.
You will still die. But death will lose its power. It will become a doorway, not a sentence. And when the trumpet sounds, and your body rises, you will see Him—Christ—and He will not be your Judge.
He will be your Joy.
The Last Song
There are no encore performances in the afterlife.
When the music stops, the truth speaks. Not your truth. The truth.
The Son of God was crucified for sinners. That includes you. That included me.
I was 42 when I bowed the knee. Forty-two years of wandering and noise and pride. Forty-two years on the edge of hell, smiling like it wasn’t real.
But now I’m a pastor. A husband. A follower of Jesus. I live to preach the gospel I once ignored.
So believe me when I tell you: the only song worth singing is the one that ends with Christ on the throne.
And the only death worth dying is the one where you rise again.
@TheBelieverJC With Trumps talk of taking over several counties I see the movement that goes with the knowledge of what’s to come. Going to move quickly into place now!
