Google’s core languages going forward are functional-first, too. Point out to the PM’s over and over and over as nauseum that they are behind the competition.

Ask them “why do you think that is?” MSFT in general will respond to competitive threats.

@drunkcod Slack has excellent keyword and per-channel notification configuration options. Most slack users don’t seem to know they’re there 🤷‍♂️. I also leave and rejoin channels when mentioned.

@unclebobmartin This is silly. I don’t think that anyone is arguing that there should be no tests if you use robust types in your design. If you’re telling me I should test for things that are unrepresentable in my types, um no. I’m not going to do that.
