Azerbaijani forces suspended the humanitarian convoy of the peacekeepers for 14 hours at the blocked road near Shushi.
An hour ago they let the convoy to move to Stepanakert bringing mostly food from Armenia.
Az Govt civilian agents have been replaced with armed servicemen there.

Caused by the installation of the illegal Az checkpoint in #LachinCorridor, Artsakh was fully deprived of any humanitarian supplies by @ICRC & the peacekeepers for a few days.
The transfer of 28 patients by ICRC to Armenia was cancelled.
Cargo supplies partially restored today.

Note that 4 villages of Shushi region of Artsakh are now under full blockade by Azerbaijan from Shushi & Lachin Corridor.
If by yesterday they had been disconnected from Stepanakert but could travel to Armenia, now they are in a small territory surrounded/blocked by Az troups.
