I called the square banking department twice to get a clear answer and their response is that my call is unproductive and they proceeded to hang up. DO NOT USE SQUARE if you’re a small business owner.
They will always be in favor of fraud

They try to say it depends on the other merchants answer but THAT IS NOT TRUE. @Square is stealing your money and will never be in your favor.

@SquareSupport @Square If you’re a small business owner and use square for your transactions, WATCH OUT because they will always be in favor of fraud disputes! I am now out $732 because their customer service got upset when I asked why haven’t they resolved my issue for 6mths now
