@airtransat if you were on the punta Cana flight from Toronto to punta Cana Dec 25 - your bags are likely at the punta Cana airport. I just went to airport yesterday and pushed the air transat office to check for me and they did. Bags were there. Might be worth a try. Good luck!

@airtransat air transat 986 punta Cana from Toronto December 25 and you don’t have your bags. Go to the airport in punta Cana to the air transat office and demand that you get your bags. They have arrived but they can’t keep up. We went and got ours after 2 hours of pushing
