@rzofthenorth I guess i get where ur coming from but i disagree. It may seem uninspired but its a good choice they made. Simple just works better. And if the issue isn’t the design aspect then i feel like u shouldn’t try to propose a design solution that doesn’t work better, no offense doe 🤝
@rzofthenorth It does make sense from a design standpoint since by turning it 180 degrees all the corners points from each logo compliment each other and fill each other’s negative spaces. It creates a balanced image as a whole. And would u rather have supermans logo turned upside down?
@rzofthenorth …its hard to use ok those different mediums. At least without it having a proper effect on the viewer and communicate the movie release. Which is the whole point. That’s why the gunn logo works, exactly because its simpler and more usable in the necessary context.
@rzofthenorth That’s fine but then there must be a better design solution to portray that imo. Since u do have to factor in the various use cases of that symbol. Different positions and sizes, in correlation to different information elements on posters, posts, stories etc. the way it is its-
@rzofthenorth But rather find a good visual balance with the other elements that are given.
If u varied the size and correlations between the logos it would feel much more coherent i feel like (3/3)
@rzofthenorth Also there is no recognizable system for how you chose the scale and position of the superman logo, which makes it seem random and without much thought behind it. Since this is a superman related movie, his logo shouldn’t be pushed down in the visual hierarchy like that (2/3)
