Last week, at UMC, we unveiled a special dedication wall created to honor all the healthcare heroes who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We continue the recognition today with a special video, four years later, on the inaugural statewide COVID-19 Heroes and Memorial Day.
Our President & CEO George B. Hernández, Jr. has announced he will retire in 2024. Hernández has served as University Health’s president and CEO for 19 years.
We thank him for more than 41 years of service and commitment to University Health, its patients and this community!
