We see this often in sports where “smart” executives can’t handle big markets. Every trade deadline of his career has been awful. He won’t even be able to sell properly.

@SNY_Mets Stearns is the only executive in baseball that would employ Tyrone and have him on the active roster. He went out of his way to trade for him from his old team. He was our starting CF in 2025 and we missed the playoffs by 1 game. A 5th emergency OF starting in a NY market…

That’s the reason everyone is mad. Take a look how bad everyone has been in all levels of minor league. His analytics failed at all levels.
