Japan, the US & other countries have now declared state of emergency and rolled out emergency powers and stimulus packages as high as 20% of GDP.

Duterte was right on track all along. His early lockdown gave PH a head start.

Yes @mekkimy. If you are watching the updates of our government through DOH, yes, there will be massive testing. Not mass testing but massive testing. Lahat ng possible na may case, itetest. Hindi yung zero probability, isasali nila. It is the smartest way.

@mekkimmy @MekkiMy Ideally, you're right. However, test kits were not ready, PPE's were not purchased right away due to the procurement law. Not even the president can bypass that. It needs to go through a process. Alam mo kelan lang siya nabigyan ng emergency powers? Lahat dumaan sa process....
