We’ve got photos of exposed steels, insulation, wiring for eg that we took as we went along. They also want to talk to our builder. Don’t know whether that’s enough without Aedis

We’ve got photos that we took personally during the project but they might not be enough evidence for an Inspector. I’m holding out and then going to do the paperwork without Aedis evidence and just get things moving

In our case steels etc. These would need to be uncovered to get completion notice. So it’s not impossible without Aedis but will be £££ and mess

They sent me a form that would terminate the Initial Notice with Aedis and asked for all the information and evidence we have. Photos etc. They will take over the project but without evidence from aedis won’t be able to sign off
