I am a little worried we are going to be unable to get hold of these notes...

@aedishq Local Authoritys require the notes of inspection conducted thus far to at least consider to honor what has been done without having to openup/dig again to prove the position. Where can we get these? will CICAIR have access to them should the inevitable happen to AEDIS?

@Mrs_Sneds @AedisHQ @glaminteriors1 Yes that's it you need to reverse the application, once done, the council take it on as if it was from scratch. see attached the process. note 5 is rather worrying! there is another step (6) but that just states that once everything Is signed off they will issue the certificate.

@Mrs_Sneds @AedisHQ @glaminteriors1 Leanne, from speaking with my local council BC this appears to be the only option. the local authority BC will start your application from scratch. like I have said already its going to be very costly if opening/digging is required to prove what was already signed off by AEDIS
