@mollywood@kairyssdal Catching up on Friday’s Make Me Smart & i think you’ll be happy to know (or at least less bummed out) that Jumbo’s new additional Kletskassa’s are run by real live humans not robots. https://t.co/OvDvmpWmMT https://t.co/zyhlfDw122
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but let black women have this moment. And realize, people have demanded that black women support people who are waaaaaaay more problematic. So yes, we expect y’all to keep that same energy.
@NialaBoodhoo @FrancesWangTV Thanks for sharing 🧜♀️ i admittedly went looking for it before finding your tweet directing me to this particular video, and found this other Little Mermaid cover gem that’s worth a watch too 🌟: https://t.co/NcwkQjpwIk
Here is Dr. Birx's reaction when President Trump asks his science advisor to study using UV light on the human body and injecting disinfectant to fight the coronavirus.
PS The last bit is especially important since so many are stuck at home without work (& thus no pay) or are actually out & having to brave possible transmission to keep us health, safe & fed. Being kind costs nothing and has no relationship to any snobbish idea of dress code.
So disappointed in you @latimes — life is hard enough right now without this comfort shaming nonsense.
Repeat after me: You are NOT working from home. You’re sheltering at home in pandemic during which you’re still expected to work. Be kind to yourself & others.

SO PROUD OF HER! Our niece Olivia, 24 and a speech therapist working in the epicenter in NYC. After recovering from the virus, right back at it working with COVID-19 patients and planning on donating her plasma in 2 weeks to help others recover. #COVID19
friendly reminder in times of uncertainty and misinformation: anecdotes are not data. (good) data is carefully measured and collected information based on a range of subject-dependent factors, including, but not limited to, controlled variables, meta-analysis, and randomization
We’ve been anxiously awaiting the surge of #COVID19 patients in San Francisco. The number of hospital cases increase slowly daily.
But, it hit me today... we are in a flattened curve.
While the surge is surely still coming, we have time. Each day we are more prepared.
@MichelleAkers10 I was 12 & lucky enough to be in the stands that day. It was the loudest experience of my life. Sitting in the sun i can only imagine how hot the pitch was. Y’all played together as amazing disciplined warriors, & Michelle i was awed by your perseverance. Thank you for being you.
