@CotswoldOutdoor I did and they offered to inflate ONE (I had to decide which) but with Sims you need to try a couple to find the right one. It was all a bit awkward that the staff didn’t understand that. My point is you’re meant to be an outdoor store but fail on the most basic of outdoor needs.

@bathhalf Ironically they didn’t cancel 2020 despite calls from everyone because Covid was knocking on the door! No refunds offered there either. Come on…I’ve started my training for it twice this year now; don’t mess with my motivation a 3rd time!

Not really showing herself to be a reliable source!
