We’ve been training with our new SimMan manikin to mimic different medical procedures & patient cases.
He's one of only three vascular SimMan in the UK & allows staff to develop their skills in understanding & caring for breathing, cardiac, & circulation issues in our patients.
LHCH is the 🔝trust in the country as a place to work & for staff engagement, according to this year’s NHS Staff Survey.
We also scored in the🔝3⃣trusts in the country for care is our top priority & a place for treatment.
