Hey, @TTChelps - what's the deal with unmasked drivers as of late? I work a physical job in a hot place and I can manage wearing one. Surely an operator who is seated, among the general public can too.

@CarymaRules I feel like maybe the fryer was left on, while empty and when the employee added the oil in to the fryer, it ignited.

I've never seen that happen before though. Always turn off equipment when you're emptying or cleaning, unless you are doing a water boil out.
