Do not use @GENERALI for travel insurance. Absolute nightmare experience--rude staff who refuse to provide claims' representative contact for assistance in processing a claim submitted 3 months ago. Frustrating and disappointing--avoid at all costs

Still no word from Hertz other than we'll be in touch. Ha! They charged me for the rental, so much for customer service Hertz! Another gold member is now out. I contest this through other avenues.

Had the absolute worst experience with a rental from @Hertz. Few options. After 1h, the car was reeling of cig smoke. I decided to return car 3d early b/c it was so bad. Tried to turn on car--dead. Called @hertz. Sent Tempe towing who looked at car and left. Did not fix. Uggh
