What’s going on Southwest??? My family has been waiting at Dulles since 6:00am to fly to Portland. The flight keeps getting delayed, there is no staff out here to answer questions and I haven’t seen any staff present since this morning. Terrible customer service.

I am a healthcare worker and this is my first time having time away from the hospital since COVID started and now I feel abandoned at Dulles airport with no staff to ask questions. Trying to get to my son’s wedding. Called customer service and was left on hold for over an hour.
