Good to see govt doing a review of access to face-to-face banking. While it won't be a big deal for many on here, for many elderly and vulnerable people in person banking is crucial and we need to protect it.... https://t.co/6VRJjYvfXP.
Afterall we collectively bailed the banks out during the financial crash, and that 'too big to fail insurance means in my view there is a social contract that they need to support these things.
This was was a fast turnaround. Like modern PMs ... here's a musical parody view of #Starmer's and #Labour's crisis through the lens of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "The Farmer and the Cowman" (Oklahoma) 🎶

Sunday for Sammy needs your help, please circulate on socials and to fellow artists too thank you.
Chris Wilkinson who worked tirelessly with Keir, Kyle & Charlie for Sunday for Sammy on the recent rehearsals and Arena shows has had his guitar stolen. Chris is a student at Gateshead College and gigs weekends.
His car rear window was smashed with a brick and his guitar stolen parked next to Pop Recs in Sunniside at around 10:45pm last night, Friday.
It’s a sentimental guitar to him and would appreciate you helping to spread the word.
The guitar is a cream (Arctic or Olympic White) Squire Affinity Telecaster.
If you see or hear of any guitar like this on Marketplace or in a Cash Converters etc could you please email [email protected] and we’ll let Chris know.
The only description we have is a man in his early 20s, tall build.
Any help would be much appreciated.
