Why am I being denied a refund when the rider pretended to try deliver my order, rang me but refused to say anything so he could trigger the countdown, continued to decline my calls when I called him back then stole my order by marking it as delivered??! @NandosUK

I love it when I'm told an item isn't listed on the menu so it can't be refunded, I send a screenshot of proof that it is a listed item which I paid for and then told yet again that it isn't a listed item 🥲

@UberUKI_Support @ubereats_uk is there anyone competent working your customer service? Initially told I'm not entitled to a refund because I didn't meet the requirements (even through I was missing part of my order), then I'm told my missing item isn't on the menu when it is 🫠
