When someone illegally takes your money, that’s called stealing.
Donald Trump stole your money with his illegal tariffs — and you paid higher prices on everything from housing to groceries.
It’s time for Trump to pay up and give back your money.
Not a single thing to bring down prices. Not a single thing to lower rent. Not a single thing to make groceries, or electricity, or any of your bills lower.
They’ve had 291 days. And all they’ve done is give tax breaks to billionaires.
@BootleggedChad@Aetna Call the insurance commission in your state. Do you have any proof they told you they'd cover it? Name of the coordinator? Anything would be good. They investigate these cases.
UPDATE: aetna has reached out to my doctor and theoretically they will be speaking about my case on monday, despite my surgery being cancelled. hopefully this can lead to a sooner approval and rescheduling. this is flipped from just a few hours ago when they said the denial was being upheld.
so honestly i really just have a sort of whiplash but am hopeful if we continue to tag @aetna and add pressure maybe there will be a resolution. if you feel so inclined you can discuss on tiktok and instagram or wherever else they may be.
i’ve been quite sick so i may respond slowly but i so greatly appreciate all of your support and love and anger on my behalf. i promise if it were different, i would fight for you too ❤️
found the email which confirmed this procedure would be covered by my aetna plan.
and yet my surgery on monday is canceled/postponed indefinitely because @aetna refuses to do a peer-to-peer, claiming they already did one (the one they scheduled and canceled). they’re making me appeal again. which can take 30 days.
by then, of course, scheduling and responses slow down and get lost because of the holidays. so something i’ve needed, waited for, traveled hours, carefully navigated and vetted, is just on pause indefinitely.
and even though my team of doctors and neurosurgeons WANT to schedule me for this brain surgery i need, there is no trust aetna won’t find a new way to try to get out of it.
4 days out from my life-changing surgery, @Aetna has denied the appeal for my brain surgery.
to be clear, when i signed up to aetna months ago, the coordinator had confirmed they would cover this surgery. then, a week ago, they said the surgery was too experimental/elective and denied coverage. we appealed. that appeal was just denied today.
now, my neurosurgeon is trying to do a peer-to-peer consult with someone at aetna to explain why i need it so we don’t lose the surgery date on monday morning. aetna is not being responsive.
this is sadistic and a violation of basic trust. please spread this so they can’t ignore it. they may not care if i live or die but people should know just what kind of company they’re dealing with. and please pray they are able to have a peer-to-peer consult with my neurosurgeon and have a change of heart.
I'm not on food stamps. I don't get Medicaid. I rely on no Social Safety nets. But I still believe in fully funding these programs. Why?
Because I'm not a selfish garbage person.
I’ve developed a genuine aversion to the current president of the United States.
I can’t stand his voice.
I can’t stand the sight of him.
I hate what he has done to our nation and the world.
I can’t be the only one.
Diabolical, immoral….whatever you want to call it. Two Federal court judges have ruled that it is illegal for the Trump Administration to withhold food from 42 million Americans, including millions of children. Yet, the Administration is saying it will wait until after Election Day to comply.
After throwing a massive party at Mar A Lago and demolishing the White House for a gilded ballroom—What does this say about their priorities?
You literally can't make this stuff up.
While Trump illegally denied food to 42 million low-income Americans, including 16 million kids, he hosted a lavish "Great Gatsby" party for his billionaire pals at his country club.
This is oligarchy at its ugliest. We must fight back.
