@plusnethelp You've lost my 92-yr old grandfather's emails and none of the promised help from the forums has restored them so he's now without 10+ years worth of emails inc. lots of important documents. This has caused him so much stress + anxiety and needs sorting asap

@RoyalMailHelp I live in Welling (Bexley) and haven't had any post or parcels at all for nearly three weeks. Totally understand how swamped the royal mail are right now but is there any way to collect the post myself or at least find out when we might get a delivery?

@teamnike Got a pair of shoes that are wayyy too small. Got no order email, there's no details in the parcel, and no order no. anywhere on the shoebox, so I only have a delivery email with no helpful details. How am I meant to return them when the website needs an order number?

@BBCsport Steve Cram seems very personally offended by a lot of marathon runners tactical choices tonight. I've enjoyed the angry maths and english lessons too. I never knew grammatical correctness was so vital to marathon commentary.

@GWRHelp Is there not a way your train guards could politely let very loud people know they're sat in a quiet coach instead of walking past and ignoring it? I choose the quiet coach to try and reduce how overwhelming i find train travel and the champagne toasting yelling is hard

Thanks for a super stressful start to my holiday @CalSleeper. The reserved bike space i phoned 2 times to confirm is full of laundry. Genuine thanks to the awesome helpful train guard who managed to find a space a very long way away for it.

@asicsuk Are men's and women's shoe sizes different? Just bought a UK 9 men's ds-24 cos the women's 8.5 was really tight, but this one is massive. I love the shoe but my local asics outlet didn't have a women's 9 and said they couldn't get one

@ScotRail - The bike reservation option never shows up (it's greyed out) on any of the Mallaig-FW times I've checked (I have a seat reservation selected when I try), so how am I meant to make a bike booking?

Is there a phone number to book sleeper tickets on? @calsleeper I've tried 3 pcs, 3 browsers, and 3 different platforms and can't get the ticket with a bike option to load. Just messages about "could not process your request".
