@ReedTimmerAccu BIG fan of this. Virginia Tech has a well-reputed storm chase program, and personally the learning experience was invaluable. I picture a chaser registration program that allows the “chaser network” to avoid geographical convergence and provide critical data to forecasters!
Forecasting the weather can be one of the most frustrating and rewarding things. It can either amplify or humble those with egos. Honesty and transparency is key for creditability.
