The raging tropical depression in the Western Indian Ocean, South of the Equator, has morphed into a moderate tropical storm "TWO". It's wind gusts were spinning at a top speed of 64 Kph as of today morning.
The interesting thing is that it appears to be spinning westward towards the Kenyan coast, but it won't make a landfall because of weak coriolis force near the Equator and strong wind shear off the #Kenyan Coast.
At the moment there seems to be model uncertainty regarding where the remnant moisture of the tropical storm will be transported by the South Easterlies and the impact on precipitation enhancement in the #Kenyan interior in the coming days seems to be negligible.
How to kill competition in the sausages Industry:
In 2010 QMP launched a sausages brand in the retail market.
-Sales grew rapidly. The price was better and market leader farmers Choice & Alpha Foods. Quality was said to be 'same'. restaurants prefered this because of better pricing.
-Boom. Panic in Kahawa West! Sales dashboards which are discussed at 630am tasting panel attended by the MD were all red.
A counter attack was launched.
-QMP got calls from nearly all Tuskys & Nakumatt branches. "Come and pick your damages. Damages were more than 60% of qty supplied"
-Unknown to all, 100s of merchandisers had been dispatched to branches to puncture QMP sausage packets with needles. QMP halted the project!
*And thats how one of the fiercest retail battles was won. Not with quality or pricing ro better strategy. Hard cold skullduggery
Retail is Ruthless🙄🙄
Elon Musk flips a vehicle upside down and everyone claps and cheers. But when I do it, suddenly I'm "recklessly endangering children" and "unfit to be a school bus driver".
Murang'a maize farmers are now selling their maize to Paleah Company, a Thika-based firm that has signed an MOU with Murang'a County Government.
Paleah buys maize Kshs. 3,850 per bag- up from as low as Kshs. 2,000 per bag previously.
A guaranteed market for our farmers, increase earnings.
From January, any hospital that wants to treat SHA patients must use HMIS.
The system costs a hospital about Sh48,000 a month just for inpatient. That is Sh576,000 a year.
In addition to SHA not paying, hospitals now have to pay Sh576,000 a year to monitor SHA not paying them.
There are equivalent free systems that can do the same job. Murang’a was using one, https://t.co/Chk7kEqH8R, until it was switched off this week.
So why insist on a system that will cost businesses that are already struggling?
How was the provider selected? Was there a competitive tender? @MOH_Kenya
I don't own a house. I'll probably struggle to own a house thanks to the taxes Ruto has placed on my payslip. But for some reason, I owe people houses because I have a payslip. To make matters worse, that deduction on my payslip doesn't give me access to the houses?
Apparently,Murang'a Healthcare system didn't cost taxpayers anything and it's working while SHA which cost us 104B isn't working!
Is there any excuse as to why we shouldn't hang these frauds at Uhuru Park?
Gosh,this is shocking.
Totally untrue.
How does it have a https://t.co/56pa3Go8tm domain name?
Department of Defence ; Tharaka Nithi and Kitengela Govt hospitals - all have it.
Wait until Kenyans learn that the FREE system Muranga County uses, is actually borrowed from the Ministry of Health and that means it can be used for free the whole country. But WSR & Aden can't use it. They want the one where there commission fees. Wako mboka
Kasongo fears seeing any County project succeeding while his national projects fail...
He has shut down Murang'a Governor Kang'atas Afya Ke which was free of charge and forced them to join Taifa Care(SHA) and be paying H.E. Dr. Irungu Kang’ata today issued a public statement on the shutdown, noting that the decision was contrary to an earlier agreement on integrating https://t.co/50nvcgDtGM with the national health system.
Also present were Deputy Governor H.E. Stephen Munania, CECM for Health Dr. Fredrick Mbugua, and Chief Officer for Health Eliud Maina.
If you stay quiet, EPRA will keep hiking electricity every single month until a unit costs 200/=.
And most of you will still buy tokens without saying a word.
Your silence is their green light.
Make some noise.
